Those who follow me on Insta already know, from June 29th to July 5th, I had the pleasure to participate to the Young Creators Popup, organized by La Fine Équipe, in the famous and beautiful Galeries Lafayette Haussmann store.
Surrounded by 12 other talented and generous creators, I had an intense week in every way! Here are some pictures of this ultra enriching experience.
A mythical place...
Created in 1894 by two cousins from Alsace, the store was ideally located and saw its clientele grow rapidly. It was only in 1912 that the Art Nouveau style Coupole was inaugurated. The decorations (stained glass, ironwork, sculptures...) were designed by the masters of the Ecole de Nancy, such as Louis Majorelle.
Don't miss a visit to the Terrace, accessible from the 6th floor of the store...the view is breathtaking!
The PopUp of creators
Here I am for a week, with my posters, my tubes, my mugs and my postcards. Don't forget the business cards, the paste, the frames... a notebook, a pen, my markers, some brushes for the decoration. Two collections are honored :
- the PARIS collection
- the collection CITIES of FRANCE and OTHERS
The list of the cards that you have preferred :
- the whole PARIS poster, of course, for the memory,
- the 13th for its colors,
- the 7th for the Eiffel Tower,
- the 9th for the Galeries Lafayette,
- Marseille because you wanted to offer...
And then there are all the ones you asked me for... and that I hadn't done yet. Paris 14th, 10th, or Lyon, I promise, they will be the next ones!
The results
Very positive feedback, good advice from my "neighbors" creators, very enriching meetings, a sublime place, backstage labyrinth to get lost, a Fine Équipe with care ... bref, to do it again!
